My favourite free plugins
Now, I’ve been dabbling into music production. But its hard to get good at it because there are many, many paid things. Paid plugins, paid DAWs, paid instruments. So I found some free plugins which are good for any and every style of music.
I absolutely love this bundle. It provides you with something called Kontakt Player which is a player for many instruments. It gives you like many synths, acoustic instruments, basses and a factory selection of instruments. Along with that it gives you a loop sampler called leap. I just love the free effects that come with the bundle. There’s a lovely reverb called Raum, a customizeable delay called Replika, a simple but effective compressor called Supercharger, a stereo imager called Ozone Imager, an EQ plugin called Ozone EQ, a vinyl simulator called (obviously) Vinyl, and a weird kinda distortion which in my opinion matches its name, Trash Lite. But all jokes aside, if someone will ask me to help them in music production, I’d install this software on their device.
